My name is Natalie Berthe. I am a startup and growth strategist, and I work primarily with female founders. I'm also a serial entrepreneur, having founded several businesses and non-profits, both virtual and bricks-and-mortar. I've been involved in the startup world since before it was called the startup world.
My networking world is on LinkedIn. I review dozens of LinkedIn profiles a week, often hundreds in a month, and I see what works and what doesn't work. Too often, I can barely figure out what someone does. My frustration knows no bounds. Please don't make me work so hard!
When I start working with a client, whether they are trying to gain clarity on ideation, want feedback on a business model, or even are looking for funding, I inevitably have to start them on fixing their LinkedIn profile.
I don't care who you are and what you do, people will look for you on LinkedIn. And when your profile is confusing, people are confused. And confused people don't buy.
I didn't set out to become a LinkedIn expert. In fact, I looked for LinkedIn consultants who I could hire and to whom I could refer people. Quite simply, when I check out their own profiles, they are usually missing even the most basic optimization. And while mine isn't perfect, I know what makes a great LI profile.
If I can't find a solution, then I will solve the problem myself, so that's what I did. Plus I noticed that my clients often feel much better about their profile, their business, and their approach on LinkedIn after we optimize their profile and work on their messaging.
